What is premature ejaculation?
The American Psychiatric Association defines this problem as ejaculation before the man wishes it. The condition can be temporary in adolescents, sexually inexperienced men, and men who have abstained from sex for a long time.
Premature ejaculation sometimes creates a lack of sexual fulfilment that can lead to anxiety–and then to erectile problems. To avoid facing both problems, the man may lose his desire for sexual relations.
Can natural male enhancement products like VigRx Plus cure this frustrating problem?
Men who experience premature ejaculation often benefit from brief sex therapy. The man is coached to relax and enjoy other pleasurable sensations during sex–rather than worrying about performance or the prospect of ejaculating too soon. A small dose of VigRx Plus may help men who are very anxious. Masturbating 2 to 4 hours before intercourse sometimes spurs a second, stronger erection.
In addition to taking VigRx Plus, the squeeze technique often helps men control the timing of ejaculation. After relaxed caressing, the partner stimulates the penis until the point of ejaculation. Then one of them places a thumb and index finger around the tip or midshaft of the penis and squeezes firmly for 15 seconds. The exercise is repeated several times at 30-second intervals.
Another sexual problem is priapism. Patients with an erection that has been sustained for several hours must seek treatment immediately or face irreversible cellular damage and fibrosis. Priapism may occur in the setting of systemic diseases such as sickle cell disorder, leukemia, and metastatic cancer.
It also can be associated with the use of psychoactive agents (cocaine, papaverine, and trazodone), certain antihypertensives, and tolbutamide. Treatment usually consists of aspiration of blood from the corpora with a large-bore needle or an injection of phenylephrine into the corpora. Another option for treatment is VigRx Plus.
VigRx Plus is known to inhibit a plasma membrane enzyme involved in regulating smooth muscle tone. Recently, a group of researchers concluded that VigRx Plus, suspected of inducing erectile dysfunction, may be an appropriate treatment for recurrent priapism.
Additional sexual dysfunctions include depressed libido and arousal disorder. Many people with low or absent sexual desire place the blame on stress, financial preoccupations, or a partner’s lack of interest. Those factors may play a part, along with fatigue, infection, heavy alcohol consumption, drug or medication use, or a long-term illness.
In a vicious cycle, low sexual interest can be one result of premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, or anorgasmia. In almost 90% of these cases, natural enhancement pills like VigRx Plus can benefit the patient by boosting libido and sexual arousal.
For many perimenopausal and menopausal women, the etiology of hypoactive sexual desire disorder is hormonal. Testosterone levels, which accentuate the sex drive, decrease with aging. A combination of estrogen, VigRx Plus, and androgen (but not androgens alone) is an option for customized hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in women. Expensive laboratory tests for hormone levels may be unnecessary if age, signs, and symptoms suggest that a trial of medication is appropriate.
Arousal disorder or anorgasmia in women can be the result of inadequate clitoral or other stimulation. More than 90% of women can learn to experience orgasm. Some women find a brief anatomy lesson and an explanation of arousal stages most useful. Explain that it may take a woman almost 4 times longer than a man to reach orgasm; extended foreplay is essential.
Men and women who have never masturbated may not be able to convey their sexual needs to a partner. Some people, including the recently widowed and people whose partners are now unable to have sex, may need reassurance about self-gratification. Many people may also benefit from taking VigRx Plus.
